Being an amatuer Quidditch player, Octavio had his own broom so that was no worry. He would just have to head home to Edinburgh real quick and pop right back. It wouldn't take long at all if he apparated. So he did so and settled into a room at the Leaky Cauldron for the night so that they could head off without delays.

It was getting dark by the time they hit their destination. Octavio looked around the area, trying to find a good vantage point for entry. Of course, there would likely be traps or charms in place to warn of intruders in the proximity. Things seemed quiet other than the occasional rustling of wind in the trees and forest creatures. He went to meet Eliza. "I saw a door that I am assuming leads to a cellar type area," he informed the headmistress. He didn't know if that would be of use to them but it would be something.
