Welcome to TB, an all levels Harry Potter roleplay with no word count. Our purpose is to go through the books with one exception: the addition of original characters and what changes that makes.
We accept all beings and creatures in the Harry Potter verse including ghosts, veela, muggles and even centaur.

quidditch tryouts
If you want to sign up for Quidditch, please reply with the form below. It's first come first serve, so please check the openings before you reply. Only characters that are second years or older are eligible to join a team.
The reserve will post in the game if a regular player fails to post due to inactivity, taking on the position that the inactive character held for that game. The staff reserves the right to remove players from the team or demote to reserve if they become inactive (don't participate in any of the games during the year) or their grades suffer (aka don't do the end of the year exams to move up a year).
NOTE: You cannot play more than one Seeker from the same school or both Beaters on the same team.
NOTE: We now have teams for all of the schools, but for the schools other than Hogwarts, we will only list the taken positions, since most of them (at least for the moment) will be open.
NOTE: In order to be Quidditch Captain, you must sign up HERE. Your character must have been on the team during the previous term and actively played in a game. They also must be at least a fifth year (this is because they have access to the Prefect Bathroom).
** Will not be on the team if they don't pass the year.

junior quidditch tryouts
All the rules above apply to Junior Teams as well [can't play both Beaters, etc.]. However, here are the aspects that are different:
-- First - third years only. After that, they automatically go onto the main Quidditch team for their House. Even if spots aren't open, they'll still get added as a Reserve. However, they get priority on being on a team over any new people who sign up at term change. This'll be done at the same time the graduates are taken off.
-- Your character can be on both the main team and junior team at the same time. Unless the main team is full, we would prefer you sign up your character for that one or both, if you'd like. (:
-- If you want to be Captain, you sign up in the same way. However, Junior Quidditch Captains must be a third year only and must have been on a team for at least a year prior (main team or junior team). Junior Quidditch Captains do not get access to the Prefects Bathroom.
-- Starting in Sept 2024, there will only be two Junior teams and they will just play one game per term.
-- The game rules are slightly more relaxed (they have a bit more time to respond to things and the game is shorter).
** Will not be on the team if they don't pass the year.

We have combined the junior teams since we only do 1 game roleplayed at most anyway, so this way it makes more sense - in character it happens the same way (ic wise was 6 games per year just like the older students).
In character wise, the reason would be to promote cooperation and togetherness between the Houses for the youngsters.
Also all junior 2nd or 3rd years, we'd appreciate more numbers in the main teams! If the position your character would play is open, please do sign up for it too. Or even as a Reserve. (:
