Hey guys! I've updated some things again.
- In the rules, it outdatedly said we only accept 1st - 3rd years but we've accepted 1st - 6th years for a while so that has been updated.
- Considered this for a little while - Proficiency Exams requirements have been modified. Before, it was 50-79% = you can make a 2nd year, 80%+ you can make up to a 6th year. I've modified it to be more split up.
50-59% = You can make up to a 2nd year
60-69% = You can make up to a 3rd year
70-79% = You can make up to a 4th year
80%+ = You can make up to a 6th year
This should help because often people will get like 70% and then be stuck with a 2nd year, so now that grade would give you a 4th year. (:
If you did the exam and got below 80% before, you're labelled as up to a 2nd year still. Just reply to the proficiency exam PM to be considered for a higher year (some did these months ago, so it would be impossible for me to find in my inbox lol).
-- Now there aren't any activity requirements for your first 4 characters. You can make 4 right away!
If you have 5-9 characters, you'll need to wait 1 week between and be active with them.
If you have 10-19 characters, you'll need to wait 3 weeks between and be active with them.
If you have 20+ characters, you'll need to wait 3 months and be active with them.
