Just a slight rule change (being more lenient) to character creation.
Before, you would have to wait 1 week between characters starting after you have 2 characters. Now the 1 week wait between characters doesn't apply until you have at least 5 characters. However, you do still need to be roleplaying with your characters first before making new ones after you have 2. But if you can do that in less than a week, then you won't have to wait to make a new character. (:
-- Currently have 0-1 characters: There's no waiting or activity requirements (therefore you can make 2 characters right away).
-- Currently have 2+ characters: All your characters must have at least 5 roleplaying posts each on their account.
-- Currently have 5+ characters: Wait 1 week between character creations; Be actively roleplaying with at least 1 roleplay post in the past 3 weeks with each character.
-- Currently have 10+: Wait 1 month between character creations; Be actively roleplaying with at least 2 roleplay posts in the past 3 weeks with each character.
-- Currently have 2+ characters: All your characters must have at least 5 roleplaying posts each on their account.
-- Currently have 5+ characters: Wait 1 week between character creations; Be actively roleplaying with at least 1 roleplay post in the past 3 weeks with each character.
