it's been a long time

since i've been me

It had been quite a long time since he last stepped into the common room. It had felt surreal when he returned back to the school, and found his way up the dorms. Of course, there were some snickers, after all, he was not joining his (not) fellow 4th years in their dorms. He had walked into a dorm of 2nd years instead - because he had missed school the last two terms. They weren't ideal, he'd say, after all, it was the doings of worried parents. You take one accidental leap off something and all of a sudden you were insane.

Noa dropped his bag onto a random side table, brows furrowed as he dug around in it for a piece of parchment and a quill. He should probably make a list of what he still had to review. If he was lucky, any of his former year mates from well, two years ago now, would have time to give him a hand in studying. If not, he was pretty certain that he could find a current year mate to give him a hand.
