Given that he was a Head of House, Octavio couldn't really just escape into respite easily. Though his course was only for upper years so he still had it a lot easier than some of his coworkers. He'd had lunch in the Great Hall since the students required supervision and that was one of his duties as professor.

He was relieved when someone else joined the staff table so Octavio could have a break. "Indeed but this is the job I chose," Octavio said in jest as he fixed himself another cup of coffee. "The students feel especially excitable this year though that could just all be in my head."
