Linnea was patrolling the corridors, as she had to do as a professor now. She did sometimes feel odd being back at Hogwarts, even though she had been there for a few months now. She was quite a bit older than when she was a student, but also had lived so much as well. Fell in love, fought in a war, became a leader of a rebellion group, got engaged, got dumped, became a spy... and now she was a professor. She felt quite hardened now by all of her experiences and she wasn't sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing. Or maybe it was just a thing. It was just how it was.

Something stirred her from her thoughts, though. She saw a figure go into the supply closet and could hear them rummaging around. It was probably some student mucking about or even trying to steal some supplies for some reason. The one thing you could trust at Hogwarts is that there was always something going on.

Linnea snuck up and opened the door abruptly. "What are yo--" she started, but when she saw who it was, she stopped. "Oh, I'm sorry, Emrys. I thought you were a student. Not that you look like one, of course." It was just her assumption that it had been someone causing trouble, not that it would be a professor just doing normal things in a supply closet. "What are you doing here, though?" she asked, honestly just curious at this point. She had completely forgotten that they were on the first floor and at the supply closet right next to his classroom.
