Teddy walked in as he got the classroom ready as he wrote down the word werewolf on the board with a spell. Then he put papers with informations on them on each table and sighed. Teddy then put notebooks by each table and books as he got ready go teach his class. Once that was done he walked away and sat somewhere on his own lost in thoughts. He knew he was early as there was sometime but since he was the teacher he wanted to get everything ready. Teddy wrote down some notes as he waited for his students to come so that he could start the class. He did that until it was time for class and then he looked up as he waited for the students to arrive as he watched them with a kind smile as they walked in. Teddy was ready to start teaching as soon as all the students came in. He just hoped that all of them came in but he was ready for everything just in case, or so he thought and believed anyway. As Teddy had no idea for sure as he hoped for the best.

As he came into the Beings Studies classroom he looked for a good place to sit, taking up a seat on one side of the room. He kept the seat next to him open, placing his schoolbag on the chair, in the hopes that Blaise might want to sit next to each other. This meant he had to make a good show of putting his book on the desk and then pretending he couldn't find his quill. If asked he would move the bag but he was sort of hoping no one would. It was an effective ploy to keep the seat open for his friend!

“Hello Professor!” Insuk smiled at the professor and took a seat. Beings class was her favorite class. It wasn’t as challenging as some of her other classes, but it gave her a lot to think about. The magical world had so many classifications. Some were for silly reasons she couldn’t understand – others reminded her of science class. Those were the ones she liked.
She looked at the paper and saw that they would be studying werewolves. Werewolves were hard to put a label on. They were considered both beings and beasts depending on the lunar cycle. Living with her halmeoni she knew a little something about that. Not because the older woman was a werewolf, she wasn’t, it was because she preferred using the lunar calendar for every birthday in their family. Insuk didn't mind. Her parents didn't follow the lunar calendar, so she always got two birthdays instead of just one.

Noah took his seat, poking at the paper on the table. Werewolves? He’d heard that word a lot in the last few weeks. He didn’t know that much about them. He only knew that being one didn’t sound very fun. Being sick and tired around the full moon would be awful. He wanted to play and explore. Being stuck in bed, or feeling terrible, even for a day, was not for him - no matter how much attention it got him.

Lillian was still getting used to navigating the large castle, and so headed to her next class a bit early in case she got lost. She was enjoying exploring the large castle and figuring out its mysteries, but it was not always ideal when she had somewhere to be. It turned out to be a good thing she’d done so, as she ended up getting stuck on a moving staircase, and so arrived at the class at the same time as some of her other classmates. Well, at least she wasn’t late.
Walking into the class, she smiled as she saw a familiar face at the front. “Hi Teddy!” She called out, before remembering that here she was his student. “Uh, I mean, hi Professor Lupin,” she corrected with an apologetic smile. It was a bit odd seeing Teddy as an authority figure considering he was practically family to the Potters. It felt so weird calling him Professor, but she knew in class he wasn’t the fun quasi-uncle she grew up with; he was her teacher.
Recognising another fellow Gryffindor first year, she took the seat next to Noah, flashing him a brief smile before taking out a quill and parchment in preparation for the course to begin.

Teddy watched as his students came in as he smiled at them and nodded. He gave a look to Lilu and then he nodded to her as she called him Professor Lupin, as that was better. Teddy looked around. He wondered where were the other students as he waited for all the students to come in before he started the class. After a while he decided that there was no point to that as he started the class. "Alright everyone. Our first class this year, for first and second years is about werewolves. As you can see," he started. Teddy looked around as he tried to be sure that they listened before he continued.
"For 10 house poins, can someone tell me, what are werewolves? Who are they? Yes I am aware I know that of course but I want to know if you do. So anyone? Hands up, don't be shy,"

Oivia's hand shot up, as high as she could get it without rising from her seat. She really really wanted to answer this question so her classmates could hear the truth before pro-lycanthrope brainwashing kicked off.
"A werewolf is a human who, during the full moon, transforms into a wolf-like beast. Even a slight scratch or bite from it will infect the victim, thus spreading this dangerous virus. Unless they consume the Wolfsbane potion, they are completely out of control in their animal form. Even those who do consume it sometimes choose to infect other humans, out of malice - that is why there are still so many werewolves, even though the invention of the Wolfsbane potion should have prevented the spread of this malady."
Satisfied, she sat back in her chair. Her peers could not unhear her words. Perhaps a few of them will even remember the truth once today's propaganda session was finished.
