Alderic had just walked through the doors of Hogwarts. He was pretty excited to see what his future held. Everything was pretty exciting for the young twelve year old boy. With his blue eyes scanning the room and his little heart thumping against his chest, Alderic took a trembling step towards the Sorting area. Though he was very scared- as this was the first time he had ever been away from home... He still tried to put on a brave smile on his face. 

He had seen how the sorting was happening. He could see that the students before him were getting a hat put on their head which shouted what house they were sorted in. He knew that there were four houses- as his older siblings have told him that. The four houses were Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin. 

His eyes scanned the room as if he was scared that someone would come out and push him away. Since when they were forming a line, someone had pushed the little boy away to take his place. "I hope things go better!!" The young boy muttered to himself. In no time, it was his turn for sorting. Taking a deep breath, he walked to where the sorting was happening and took a seat before someone put the sorting hat on his head. 

"Hmmm.....I can sense intellect, wit and creativity.... Better be.... RAVENCLAW..." The hat said. A smirk appeared on the young boy's face as he walked down the three steps to the Ravenclaw Table still glancing around the room to see who was where. "Hi. I am Alderic Dior." Alderic said introducing himself to the students there.
