It's almost the new term. The current one is over, but the new one will be quite different so here's a few notices, especially for those who haven't been here long enough to experience a Dodecawizard Tournament.
DODECAWIZARD TOURNAMENT
It's like the Triwizard Tournament, but with 12 Champions from 6 schools. The age was lowered to 16. All of the schools will arrive at Durmstrang (the host school) at the beginning of October and leave end of May. So that means that you still will have September and June to roleplay at your main school. During the bulk of the year, however, you cannot make new threads there. Just roleplay at Durmstrang!
Everyone can play only one Champion and starting in September in character time, everyone will be able to make 2 older students from one of the participating schools that isn't Hogwarts: Durmstrang, Augustine, Salem, Xanadu, Selveira. After October in character time, it'll just be 1 older student for everyone (if you already have 2 at that point, that isn't an issue).
Also please note that since Augustine's term ends in December and starts in January, no Augustine 6th years will be allowed at the Tournament so no one can make them either.
ELIGIBLE STUDENTS
Augustine: 2nd years with Jan-Oct birthday; 3rd-5th years ((first years: 14 years old))
Durmstrang: 5th years with Sept-Oct birthday; 6th-8th years ((first years: 11 years old))
Hogwarts: 5th years with Sept-Oct birthday; 6th-7th years ((first years: 11 years old))
Salem: 5th years with Sept-Oct birthday; 6th-7th years ((first years: 11 years old))
Selveira: 6th years with Sept-Oct birthday; 7th-8th years ((first years: 10 years old))
Xanadu: 5th years with Sept-Oct birthday; 6th-8th years ((first years: 11 years old))
TIME
I know I said things will go by faster, but that won't really happen this term. The task months will slow down most likely so we can get them all in. However, if everyone is fast, then we might not need to, but we likely will a bit. So the term will likely last 5ish months instead of 4, which is how it was the past few years anyway. So you probably won't notice a difference.

October 24-31 - Goblet of Fire
Early November - Weighing of the Wands
Mid-November - The First Task
Late-November - Hogwarts Quidditch Game #1
Late-December - End of Term Exams for Augustine
December 25 - Yule Ball at Durmstrang
January 7 - School term begins! (for Augustine students)
Mid-March - The Second Task
Mid-May - The Third Task
Late-May - The students go back to their respective schools
Late-June - Exams!
