We've adjusted a couple of rules regarding character creation.
-- If you have 10+ characters, all your characters must have at least 5 roleplaying posts on their accounts to make a new one. It's still only 2 in the last 3 weeks, but they must have at least 5 in total (no time limit on those 5).
-- If you have 20+ characters, you must wait at least 2 weeks between character creations (14 days).
I know that many of us love making tons of characters, but you should definitely be more excited about developing and threading your current characters rather than just trying to increase your character count every chance you get. If we see 'lined up' apps - apps being posted early when you know you have to wait a week or two still - they will be archived and you'll have to post it again when it's time. If you're not sure if something about the app will work, just ask, don't post it extremely early.
Also personally I wouldn't recommend making more than 5 new characters per term if you really want to develop them. I honestly would suggest only 2 per term if you already have a bunch (like 10+). Otherwise, it's hard to develop each of them, especially as the terms will go by faster now. Seriously, they'll all grow up before you know it.
