- [*]The Bettington Sisters, as the collective three are known socially, are friend and asset to all gentlemen and ladies. Each is widowed, though well-to-do enough with hefty jointures and connections too numerous to speak of. Anyone of strong character and good sense should make their acquaintance as their good favor brings with it boundless opportunities. The Bettington sisters are best known for their charitable and social endeavors, which they champion under the name of their own society, The Bettington Society.
[*]The Percy Family are well known in many circles, both elite and secret. The House of Percy has a prominent reputation in both the world of the mundane and the world of Gothic natures. Many myths, legends and rumors circle the namesakes of the Percy family and the founding councilman of The Percivals. Though his family only openly claims ties to the study of science, herbalism and alchemy, there is much more than simple curiosity hiding in Syon Park and lurking in the depths of those who link themselves to The Percivals.
[*]The Sloanes are regular fixtures in the highest circles of society, their prominence owed to their great contributions to The British Museum, The Invisible College, and London's Foundling Hospital. Two branches of the family have emerged- The Kroftmires and The Quatermains- each with their own interests in the family legacy. The branches remain close, despite their publicized differences. The Presidency of The Invisible College waffles between the patriarchs of these families, along with control of the Montagu House in London. The college’s fellows have been known to pit the two branches against one another if it may serve The Invisible College’s mission.
[*]The O’Cionaoiths are a flame sprung family of magicians. Be inspired by celtic music, Aliester Crowley’s occultism, tarot cards, moonless nights with wind that whips Irish folklore, red hair against dark robes, mean-spirited tricks, blood in black dirt. This is a family of magical practitioners that do not limit themselves to the light side of the craft. They have Irish roots and the vibrant red hair to show for it. They are fiercely loyal gentry that are slow to trust outsiders. They are dedicated to their craft and advancing the family with politics and magical group work.
