Charity mixed quidditch game sign-ups: Pros past & present

It's never too early to start giving back. Since we have quite a few present and former professional Quidditch players on TB to roleplay out an All Stars Quidditch Game, we will be putting together one for charity. The public can choose to pay as much as they want for their tickets and it will be a means for the players to show their gratitude towards their fans from all around the world.
The rules will be exactly the same as for Hogwarts Quidditch games and you can find them here: link to rules
Sign-up form for Pros & Past Pros is below. *Please choose the position you do/did professionally when signing up. If the places on the team for that specific position are taken, please apply as a reserve and a random position that has not been occupied will be allocated to you when the game starts.
