If you wish to use a posting template, that's fine. Just make sure that it has the necessary inclusions.
Make sure to fill it out using common sense (ex. if you're doing a NEWT, it should say 'NEWT' at the top, not 'OWL or NEWT'). And add more sections for classes if you are doing more, of course. Just copy and paste.
Logistically speaking, they would be doing all of the spells with the same examiner in the Great Hall. They would enter and have the same examiner for each one. Ex. He tells them to perform Expelliarmus. They do it. Then he tells them to perform Evanesco. They do it. Then he tells them to perform Flagrate. They do it. Etc.
You can describe your examiner however you want. They can be a she, he, they, whatever. As long as they are a being with a wand (no goblins, Veela, etc.). If you think they need a prop and the examiner would provide it for them, go for it. For example, maybe they brought a chair for the student to perform Evanesco on. Realistically, there probably would be a ton of objects in the room for students to practice things on as many spells are done to an object rather than just existing on their own, but not all.
For Basic Healing, you may not say they brought a live hurt creature or human for the students to practice on. But there can be dummies there they can put a splint on, etc.
Academic Questions MUST be PMed to Eliza.
Do not post them here if you are doing the more 'academic' classes that are questions-based, not roleplaying based. If you do, they'll be removed and you will get a P (not a passing grade).
