Starting Sept 2018, we are doing a trial of going back to roleplaying out OWLs and NEWTs again. There is a new system in place which will hopefully make it less time consuming for me (all staff will be grading based on set criteria).
HOW THIS WORKS
There is a masterlist of potential spells to perform (via roleplaying in this board) or questions to submit (VIA PM). You choose whichever ones you want to do and then do them. Unlike before or how it is IC, you will only do one per subject.
ROLEPLAYED CLASSES: Charms, DADA, Care of Magical Creatures, Advanced Flying, Herbology, Potions, Transfiguration
QUESTIONS-BASED CLASSES: Alchemy, Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Astronomy, Basic Healing, Beings Studies, Dark Arts Theory, Divination, History of Magic, Magical Law, Muggle Studies, Wizarding Finance, Wizarding Literature
Please note that some classes that are usually roleplayed have some (Academic) options and some that are usually academic questions have some (Practical) options. It's stated in the thread when there is an exception. Make sure to submit it in the proper way.
GRADING CRITERIA
For roleplayed subjects:
Accuracy: /20
Creativity: /10
Elaboration: /10
Quality: /10
Total: /50
For questions-based:
Accuracy: /20
Elaboration: /10
Total: /30
AWARDS FOR ACHIEVEMENTS
You will get one button with all of your results on it, similar to the grades buttons.
