However also note we won't be having January OTMs because we'll be having the OTY awards and there's like 60+ to do so that's enough for me, lol. But what would be January Fresh Blood will be done for February and we'll still be having Top Posters.

Kit won this by completing 6x their monthly staff requirement in November (which was 15 because they were hired half way through the month). Congrats. <3
