moving up a year (due: sept 12th)
In order to move up a year, you must complete the exam. It's short so it won't take you very long to complete.
GENERAL NOTES:
-- Canon characters and non-Hogwarts students automatically move up a year, but you must complete the exam in order to get the House Points.
-- Participating in lessons isn't needed to go up a year. Just this exam is required. But those who participate in lessons will get something extra. (:
ABOUT EXAMS:
-- All the questions are either multiple choice or true or false.
-- It will probably take you ~15 minutes.
-- If you're new and don't want to go up a year just yet, just don't do the exam. It's that simple. (:
-- When you put your name, you must put your character's name (first and last).
-- If you have more than one character doing the same exam, you must put them together as the name [ex. 'Eliza Cunningham/Giovanna Nero']. Only your first attempt at each exam will be counted, so don't do the same exam multiple times. Make sure to put the whole character's name, not just their first name.
-- If you have three (3) or more characters taking the same exam, please put the names like: Eliza C, Giovanna N, etc.
-- If you want a character to do worse on the exam, do the exam to the best of your ability and then PM me requesting a lower grade. You may not request a higher grade. Please wait until AFTER the result has been posted in Exam Results in the Entrance Hall.
-- All of the questions in the exam will count towards your exam grade (even electives your character didn't sign up for).
-- If you don't pass the exam, you can PM me to request a bonus section to boost your exam grade up to 20%. This will only be available to those who don't pass the exam (a grade of 0-49%) and will be completed in the form of a roleplaying post.
-- You will get House Points for completing the exam.
