This will go the same as the Dueling Tournament - you will all have points (more for year, like the dueling tournament, but also for dueling skill points). The usable spells are any that are in our List of Spells and are legal. Also, your character must know that spell. If it is below or equal or one year above the year they are in, they can use it (ex. If they are in 4th year, they can use anything from 1st - 5th year). Or if they have already learned it in a thread on site (ex. lesson or learned it themselves somehow via roleplay).
In terms of spell cost, it is the same as the Dueling Tournament. Simple spells = 1-2 year; Intermediate spells = 3-5 year; Advanced spells = 6-7 year.
Non-verbal spells may only be used by 6th-7th years performing Simple spells and this will cause the other person to have to use 1 extra point to block it.
