Welcome to TB, an all levels Harry Potter roleplay with no word count. Our purpose is to go through the books with one exception: the addition of original characters and what changes that makes.
We accept all beings and creatures in the Harry Potter verse including ghosts, veela, muggles and even centaur.
We have many active events ongoing for both students and adults and many characters and locations around the world.

THEME
"His eyes are as green as a fresh pickled toad,/His hair is as dark as a blackboard." *sigh* Love is in the air at Hogwarts, and it's time to work up the nerve to tell that special someone just how you feel. In honor of Professor Lockhart's wonderful idea, write a poem dedicated to the character yours is crushing on. If none of your characters currently have a crush on anyone, feel free to pick someone from canon and write it from their perspective. (ex, Hagrid to Madame Maxime, Professor Lockhart to his mirror.) You're also welcome to take this seriously or take a page from Ginny's book on this one.
LENGTH: Must be at least six lines. Poetic form is up to you, so it doesn't have to rhyme.
This contest will end on 18 February.

what wonderous eyes never did see, what you could possibly mean to me. i may be away, far across the pond, but with you i still feel a great bond. i wish that i hadn't left you that way, but i didn't have a choice, i couldn't possibly stay. now you're safe and i'm on the run, it's better this way, you deserve some fun, not some fugitive hiding in the states, go have a life with all of your mates. forget about me and what we could have had, you're better than this, just please don't be mad. you'll find a better life, don't come and find me. for if you did, with you i absolutely would be.
