While most Harry Potter sites are usually focused on either one era or a mash up of a few eras,
Erised functions in two separate eras without clashing. Unlike an era clash the two time periods
would be separate, however characters that were alive in both time periods would be playable.

How it works: Imagine you played Molly Weasley as 30 in 1979. You could then also play her as 53
in 2002 and have her roleplay with her adult children. You wouldn’t play 30 year old Molly in 2002.
This is what makes this site more unique than any other crossover site.

Members, of course, are not required to play both eras. You can focus on one or both if you wish.
