- Colin has changed a lot since his youth. He was moody all the time. He hated his name and got teased for it. This started his dislike of his parents.
- Eventually he got past it and became a Healer, wanting to do some good in the world. But that wasn't good enough for his parents who loved everything his brother was doing for their family.
- He has never seen his brother fight but he knows that he would hate to come against him in a duel. He can tell that Kane has a darker side than he lets on.

Aspirations:

- With all that has been happening at Hogwarts over the last couple of years, he just wants to be able to protect the students and teach them healing spells and potions. He hopes they won't need them, but he knows that reality dictates they probably will.
- He also would like to start a family, if the way the world is would allow for that.

Thoughts or involvement on an event from the Timeline: Colin was a little late in doing so, but he joined Liberamach in 2020 when the civil war broke out. Seeing how his Headmistress was treated, as well as that new professor they had temporarily, he knew he had to help with whatever little he could do. 
Thoughts on Blood Purism: "My family thinks strongly of it. Especially my brother. But I don't think it should matter. Everyone should be judged based on their actions or skills, not on what family they are born into."
Thoughts on Scotland's Independence: "It's definitely a good thing. I don't live in Scotland myself but I probably would if I could afford to move right now. I'm at Hogwarts most of the time anyway. But yes, the Ministry has been making some terrible decisions and doesn't have a great system in place for limiting corruption. It's good that they were able to start their own government and hopefully do better. So far, they seem to be anyway."

"You as well," Eliza commented. The Head of Education in Scotland definitely had a big hand in it as well. Maybe less hands on, though.

Eliza's involvement wasn't just because of her being the headmistress of Hogwarts, though. Of course, she had a certain stake in Rutherford's development because many of her students would potentially go to Rutherford afterwards. Also, they helped with NEWT prep classes for those who wanted to take them again if they didn't pass or get a good enough grade at Hogwarts. Eliza was glad they had that. It didn't exist when she was younger and the results were pretty much locked in. It was hard to get ahead in life if you flunked them.

But also she was part of the Hogsmeade Revitalization Committee, which had existed for probably twenty years now. It was pretty well revitalized, but now it was more of a development committee. A lot of the older residents would also be happy that the college students would be mostly further away. Though of course they would go down to the village as well.

"Oh I think we're done our expansions for now. Hogwarts is big enough." Eliza chuckled. They did have the Dueling Tower, which was the most recent expansion. "I'm sure there's still secret rooms there I haven't even found yet." Flitwick said the same thing and so did the other professors before Eliza that she knew of. She doubted that anyone knew absolutely everything there was about Hogwarts.

"What about you? What's your next focus?" Eliza could have imagined that this Rutherford expansion had taken a bit of focus of Dior's work at the WGOS for a while, especially the recent couple of months leading up to the grand opening.
