Three Characteristics You Think You Are: Thoughtful, Smart, Friendly
Three Characteristics Others Think You Are: Quiet, Worrisome, Loyal
Three Random Facts: Keeps around an old wrist watch his father had given him for birthday. Constantly worried people are judging him for being a muggleborn. Fidgets a bit when he’s studying.
Aspirations: Graduate from Hogwarts with full marks
Favourite Class: Potions, Charms, and DADA
Least Favourite Class: Flying and History of Magic
Favourite Wizarding Food or Drink: Sugar quills and pumpkin pasties
Thoughts on Blood Purism: Given his own blood status, Jack is absolutely against ideas of blood supremacy. He’ll never give a decent pure-blood any grief, after all, they can’t help being born the way they were anymore then he could help himself. It’s a medieval way of thinking and believes it should stay in the past.
Thoughts on the Government: Like almost any modern government, there’s some good and some bad. Jack doesn’t bother himself with politics and prefers to keep his head down and live his life the way he wants.
Family:
Father - 34
Mother - 31
Roleplay Example:
It had been the third tea cup that exploded that afternoon. Not broke. Exploded. Now Jack was sitting in his backyard, alone, after his mother had screamed her throat raw at him. He let out a dejected sigh.
It wasn’t his fault. Really, it wasn’t! It’s just… Ever since a few years ago, weird things had been happening. First it was his toys disappearing and reappearing on the highest shelf, then at school when all the lights refused to work whenever he walked into a room. Now this.
Jack felt like a horrible son. He glanced at his wrist watch. Any minute now, his father will be home. At least he was the understanding parent, always trying to reason or find some sort of explanation about all these strange phenomenons.
A knock at the door went unnoticed by him, but the sound of his mother calling his name certainly caught his attention. Nervously he got up and went back inside, unsure of what was coming. It was either him being roped into an argument or he was going to get yelled at again. He was expecting anything, but a strange man sitting at the dinner table with his parents was decidedly not one of them.
“Hello there, young man. Are you Jack?” The man asked.
Jack looked between his parent and the stranger before answering with a small “Yes”.
“I have something for you and then we need to have a discussion. Don’t worry, your not in trouble,” the man said as he reached into the inside of his coat pocket. He pulled out an envelope and passed it to the boy. Jack took it in his hands, gave each of his parents a look before opening it up and reading the letter within.
