It was a bit of a boring night, a Tuesday. Dorian didn't love to do this, but he had to study. And there wasn't much else going on. Everyone else was doing the same or at Quidditch practice or a club meeting or in the Library. No one was really up for much fun on a Tuesday in the middle of November.
That didn't mean that studying had to be boring, however. Dorian left the common room and walked the short way over to the secret entrance to the Kitchens. It wasn't so secret amongst most of the Hufflepuffs, though, as the basement was their territory.
Dorian grabbed some snacks - a couple of sandwiches, some custard scones, sponge cake, and a bunch of grapes, and carried them back to the common room. He plopped down beside Noa. "Okay, now I'm ready." Dorian put all of the loot on the table in front of them. "So what are we doing?" Dorian was a little behind, to say the least. Hopefully Noa could help him with that and he would help Noa with some snacks!
