Opinion:
01. Transfiguration - It is one of my favourite classes. I enjoy transforming something from one thing to another.
02. Gobstones - I do not understand the appeal of a game where the loser gets sprayed in the face by something gross. The winners have to smell that too so it is kind of like they lost too.
03. The Ministry of Magic - They provide order. Without them, there would be nothing but chaos. But then again, chaos does have a sort of appeal, doesn't it?
04. Blood Purity - It provides a much needed social order. Without it, people would not know their place in society.
05. Shrunken Heads - They are fascinating but I would not personally want to own one.

Roleplay Example:

It was going to be the Christmas break soon which was partly why their lesson today was going to be on the Sopophorous plant as well as the bean the plant produced. Most of his students would likely to be more familiar with the bean as it was used for the Euphoria potion. One could not exist without the other though so he was also going to be teaching them about the plant itself.

"The plants that you see on your desks is called a Sopophorous plant. It produces the beans that some of you might have in your potions ingredient supplies," he informed the class. The stem was spindly and green with green leaves that held a reddish tint. "These plants sprout in in gloomy marshlands and respond especially well to mooncalf dung."

Using his own plant, he showed the class where the bean pods were. "These pods by the leaves are where we get the beans we use in potions. Anyone want to share which potion this bean is used in before we begin the next part of our lesson? And for extra fun, which other berry does this bean remind you of?" He asked, holding up some already extracted beans that looked almost like overgrown versions of the berries hanging from the mistletoe currently decorating some of the corridors.
