Reino is given the chance by his parents to fall in love and find a future wife for himself. He has until the age of 20 and she of course will have to be a pureblood. If he cannot find a partner before then, his parents will seek one for him. So the analytical and strategic Gryffindor takes note of all pureblood girls he interacts with and writes down the positives and negatives of a marriage with her. Thus his search for a partner starts.
Please let me know when you have a pureblood girl between 1st and 4th year and if you want Reino to know if she is a pureblood. So she can make it to the list.
