It is June 1977 and the wizarding world has been exposed.



The magical government has been infiltrated and those with the authority to keep the magical world secret are slowly being murdered even as new ones are hired.

Meanwhile the muggles are spreading the word of what they know, of what is becoming reality and not just crazy rumours. They are trying to fight back any way they can with their own weapons but their own suspicion and paranoia is leading to attacks on innocent witches and wizards. All the while the dark forces grow. Voldemort's allies of dark creatures are attacking all over Britain and parts of Europe. Death Eaters are travelling abroad to rally the movement of foreign purebloods who have answered the call. Chaos has broken out.



Many Ministries of Magic have decreed that students must remain at schools over this summer and for however long this war may last or until their graduation. Numerous wealthy wizards and witches have offered their homes as sanctuary and their tutors for schooling for those from vulnerable homes who are ordinarily home schooled. Some schools have taken the extra step by expelling those with proven shared opinions to those causing the horrors. Durmstrang has been vilified for its curriculum and been accused of grooming soldiers for Voldemort's army.
