This is the summer student event I was talking about. =D So if you want your student to go, it costs 50 Sickles. Also, graduating students as an extra gift will get their own cabins (3 - though we'll just roleplay in 1 because there aren't a ton of graduates this year but NPC wise there would be).
The rest of the students will be in tents (don't worry - they're magical and fancy inside) that Hogwarts purchased with the fundraising and part of the fees here and for the camp grounds as well as whatever extra money Hogwarts had to spare to put towards this.
400 Sickles were raised from the Honeydukes Fundraiser so thanks for everyone who participated. (: So that discount will be divided by how many people sign up. So for example, if 10 students were going, then they would only have to pay 10 Sickles each (50 - 40 = 10). But there probably would be a lot more.
The camping trip will take place in France (just north of Nice) in August.
Sickles will not be deducted 'til after sign-ups are done so that way we can do the discount properly.
Professors CAN COME to supervise. They will get their own tent. Max: 5.

Non-binary characters can go in whichever tent they'd like.
