The point is to see that you can consistently handle many characters, not that you can binge post to make a character. So if you have 11+ characters and it's apparent that has happened we'll just ask you to wait 2 weeks and do 1 more post per character in that time.
In a nutshell:
You no longer have to wait a week between making characters if you have 10+ characters. But just be consistent in your roleplaying. It's pretty obvious if you've been inactive and then suddenly post like 40 times just to get a new character. So don't worry too much like if you have 12 characters and 10 of them are consistently active but 2 aren't or something and you post just to get them active. That's not what we mean here. It's like when you really aren't active with any of them and then suddenly post a ton in a short period of time just to make a character.
If you want numbers, I'd say that if more than half of your required posts are in the past week and you haven't really posted in the other 2 weeks, that wouldn't be very consistent since the last 3 weeks count. But if you're posting 2-3 posts for every character every week, obviously that wouldn't be penalized because that just means you're awesome! (:
