Liar, Liar. Fire, fire.
Written by Vanity SorolaWhen it comes to holidays, there are some that everyone finds pointless. April fools day is one that often causes trouble in the wizarding world. This year there was an incident due to it. There was a fire that broke out in the resident part of Hogsmeade. When it was brought to the attention of officials, they assumed it was a prank (as they often get fake fires on April fools day). However this year it was not a prank. They did not go to it and instead multiple houses were lost to the fire.
As of this time, there were no confirmed deaths, however several wizards and witches were sent to St. Mungo's. It is currently believed that at least five houses were lost in the fire. It just goes to show you, nothing good comes from April Fool's day. If you cry wolf, there will be serious consequences.
