what wonderous eyes never did see,
what you could possibly mean to me.
i may be away, far across the pond,
but with you i still feel a great bond.
i wish that i hadn't left you that way,
but i didn't have a choice,
i couldn't possibly stay.
now you're safe and i'm on the run,
it's better this way, you deserve some fun,
not some fugitive hiding in the states,
go have a life with all of your mates.
