It's finally time to vote for the new Minister for Magic! This is done completely IN CHARACTER. You are voting for each character of your's who is eligible to vote.
VOTING ELIGIBILITY:
-- At least 17 years of age
-- Citizen of Britain (if born elsewhere, must have been living in Britain for at least 6 months)
-- Must not be on the run from the Ministry (ID is required to vote and you vote at the Ministry)
CANDIDATES' STANCES:
Please read the following to see where each of the candidates stand on the main issues surrounding this election. Then vote based on who your characters would vote for based on this.

THEODORE WHITLOCK II
Existence of NDS: Not needed anymore; disbanned.
Werewolves Banned at Hogwarts: Take off the ban; instill restrictions so it's safe for everyone but werewolves also get to attend school at Hogwarts as well.
Mortenero: Must be stopped right away; top priority.
Order of the Phoenix: Extensive investigation is needed; While Harry is guilty, it doesn't seem that the others were involved, so an investigation is needed to determine if the others are guilty as well. However, either way, their vigilantism is not acceptable and are encouraged to join the Magical Law Enforcement if that's what they really want to do.
The War with Italy: End it now.
Gay Marriage: Legalize it.
LUCIANO MORETTI
Existence of NDS: Continuing, but not forced enlistment.
Werewolves Banned at Hogwarts: Continued to be banned; students' safety is top priority.
Mortenero: Not as bad as the Order, but also must be stopped.
Order of the Phoenix: They are outlaws who planned the assassination of the last Minister and must be punished.
The War with Italy: Not pulling out right away; extensive investigation needed to see what really is the cause and purpose of it; will plan a meeting with the Minister for Magic of Italy to see if there's another way to resolve it.
Gay Marriage: Don't legalize it.
EMILY BURKE
Existence of NDS: Disbanned; People shouldn't be forced to fight; Instead, increase focus on recruitment for Aurors and Hit Wizards.
Werewolves Banned at Hogwarts: Take off the ban; Create a safe place where they can transform off school grounds and be transported back to school when it's over.
Mortenero: Must be stopped; High priority.
Order of the Phoenix: The members will not be arrested; Harry Potter will be called for a fair trial.
The War with Italy: End it now; Emily has already been in talks with the Italian Minister for Magic about ending the war.
Gay Marriage: Legalize it.
WILLARD BURKE
Existence of NDS: Continuing; Changing into a voluntary porfessional Squad that will train with the Aurors; Sole purpose will be intelligence (like the CIA or MI6).
Werewolves Banned at Hogwarts: Temporarily take off the ban to see how it goes; Separate housing for the werewolves on the grounds; Ministry employees will guard and administer the Wolfsbane Potion to the werewolves each month with the aid of the Hogwarts Potions Master.
Mortenero: Must be stopped and put to justice.
Order of the Phoenix: They must cease their vigilante actions; Harry Potter must come in for questioning, otherwise, known Order members will be wanted as accomplices to the murder of Stuart Thawley.
The War with Italy: Top priority to end the war.
