Just noticed Marguerite's name, she's technically not a citizen of the UK, just doing field research in England. Does she have to join or run or go to Azkaban?
I see that @arthurcarter has been added to the AZKABAN group. As he is not an official English citizen, has his house in Australia and works wherever the dragons take him this surprises me. Why is this?

Updated with Max added to the list. But I will let ELIZA MARIE CUNNINGHAM decide on Neville because I am not sure if he can be on the run and a professor at a different school at the same time.

He can be because he's at Beauxbatons. If it were Hogwarts, then nope, lol. Marshall is also on the run, I believe, and in this, has switched to teaching at another school outside of Britain.
