I’d really like a friend for my character Phoebe Abbott (no relation to Hannah). I’m leaving nearly everything open, but they must start at Hogwarts this coming year (September 2021). Also, Phoebe loves to cause trouble, so it would be great if they could have almost a Fred and George sort of relationship. Other than that, it’s all up to you.
