new term

It's the new term on next Thursday so that's when lessons will start to go up and you can post in them. =D From then on, a new in character month will be every 2 weeks from then.

otms

I know we're a bit behind. I don't have Photoshop at the moment. November OTMs will be up soon and December OTM polls will be up soon as well. Reminder or a new notice if you've been here less than 2 years, we will be having Of The Year (OTY) awards this year which means that there won't be any January OTMs. Voting for this will be near the end of December.

artemis

This is just a shout out to Artemis. She joined as a Graphics Intern but has also doubled up and helped with lots of advertising so she is now an Advertising & Graphics Intern, yay. =D


new rule

There is a new rule: Any resized images that become wonky (ex. it looks all squished - the height and width of the image weren't resized the same amount) will be removed. This gives some people headaches. You can always resize images using coding on the site as long as it's not for your avatar in your profile. And we also have a graphics section to request an image.

To resize using coding:

Where it says 400px, that's where you put whatever you want the width to be. By only typing width and not height, it will adjust the height automatically to not be wonky.

younger years

Yes we only allow 1-3 years but that doesn't mean everyone should just make third years. If that continues as it is, we won't be allowing them either. A reminder that time moves by quickly here so it's definitely best if you make first or second years anyway. (: There was a time on here when only first years were accepted. I don't want to do that again, so just make sure to spread it out.

club participation

Just a shout out about clubs. Everyone says yay to having them but no one actually participates in them. At least not really in the past 1.5 years. So just officially letting everyone know that this is the last shot. If we don't have good participation, we will remove the clubs forever. But if we do have good participation, then we can add club leaders again so members can host meetings and not just staff. (:

It's over and everyone returned in June. But the Champions are still at the task in the thread so that is going on until there is a winner. <3
