Hey guys. I was looking into making a new character. I know who i wanna use for hee face and I've figured out her personality buti seen that mortenero members are needed and i was hoping someone could give me more information on the group. The only thing Ive been able to find about them is that they're almost like death eaters but not the same in one or more aspects. Oh and one more thing.

Okay so they are blood purists. Gio wants to instead make purebloods stronger instead of just wiping out or enslaving muggles and muggleborns. At first They did a lot of attacks to get noticed but now for the past couple of years have gotten very political to enact pro pureblood laws, which they have. It's more of like a long game because they want to increase their numbers of purebloods so that'll take a while.
Though now that Gio has the ministry under her control (whitlock is mortenero too as well as many in the ministry to make these large decisions), attacks and disappearances have started again. Though the DP would never cover it of course. Gios just kind of bored, really. lol
I was going to ask if there was any canon needed for the plot but then i thought about it and I'm sure the ones that have been here a while have that covered lol but thank you for that information. Definitely sounds more fitting for my character than the death eaters.

Canons aren't actually that important to the plot anymore, actually. xD Just any originals who want to get involved and are appropriate to. Like, Giovanna wouldn't let just anyone be in her 'inner circle'. Usually when they've been here a while plus personality wise and in character wise, Giovanna would consider them close.
But yeah since the books ended, originals are just as important as canons. Though actually the way the site is set up, they always have been, really, if you want to get involved. Since the whole point was going through the books with the addition of original characters and seeing what changes those make.
