It's that time again, so make sure to reply with the form before the AC is due. <3
Our Activity Checks work pretty easily to promote the opportunity for you to come back after being away for a long time. We already just archive the applications and don't delete them, but we're also going to just be putting people into the Unsorted member group you get put in when you first join if you are deemed as 'inactive' after this activity check. But if you don't come back by the time of the next one (after 6 months of inactivity), then we will delete your account at that point. Really, that's a long time, though. <3
The reason why we have activity checks are to free up some play-bys for potential members and also current members who may want to use them. Also, so we know who are active in Quidditch, clubs, classes, etc.
So now those that were inactive last time will be deleted if you're not back now. But all applications and such are still archived, not deleted. If you don't pass this one and are already sorted into a group, though, you will just be in the Inactive group, not deleted, so don't worry.
All you have to do is reply below with the characters you wish to keep and one roleplaying thread they're in (owl threads can count). They must have roleplayed in that thread since November 15th or later. Do not post an incomplete post and say you will edit it in. It will be ignored. Instead, feel free to post here multiple times.
