NOTE: No, there wasn't a poll for staff of the year. I actually added all of the things that each staff member did throughout the year and divided it by the number of months they were on staff during 2013 and then calculated their average. The person with the largest average in comparison to the amount of things they had to do (ie. Moderators have to do less than Global Mods or Admins, so they did have a better chance) got the award. Eliza did 8.76x the amount needed on average, Amber did 5.32x the amount needed on average and Erin did 4.04x the amount needed on average (4th was Ana (3.25x), 5th was Meows (3.2x) and 6th was Sam (3.15x), if anyone's curious <3).
