Okay, so in a nutshell [because obviously the other thread was way too long >.<], here are the changes which will occur next term [end of June or so <3].

-- Time will officially be 6 real months = 1 roleplaying year [every 2 weeks will be a new month <3].

-- We will have 'leaders', members who can help run contests if that's something you want to do, or run a quidditch practice, club meeting, etc. Pretty much, if you want to do something like that, you can. (: You can get more involved without being a staff member and needing to advertise, update lists and all those other tedious things. Pretty much, you would just get to do the fun things, lol. (: <3

-- We're trying to be more 'interactive' and get lost in the magic of Harry Potter. So we'll be having more fun in classes, club meetings, quidditch practices, having a student run paper [called the Weekly Prophet], etc. We may even develop a sort of store to use your galleons on that we never spend, lol. <3

-- New applications: We will have a short sign up thread for you to get started [Sorting Ceremony for students [with option of 'preferred house' you want them to be in <3], Adult Application for adults, Underage Wizard Registry for underage kids]. Then, you can post your application like usual. It gives you more time to do so. We will have options [full application or just a general one that's about logging your character's progress/history on the site <3]. The full application will be exactly like how our's is now. <3 All current characters do not need to repost anything! <3

-- We will have 2 Quidditch Games a year and will rotate each year with who plays whom [ex. Year 1 = Gryffindor/Slytherin & Ravenclaw/Hufflepuff; Year 2 = Gryffindor/Hufflepuff & Slytherin/Ravenclaw, etc.].

-- We will be posting a schedule for the classes and other neat threads for purely in character enjoyment. So that if you're roleplaying, you know when your character actually would have Charms class [ex. Wednesday morning], to give you more of a sense of how their lives are at Hogwarts [also, then it could be easy to run into someone and really know what classes they might be going to next]. However, if you don't go by the schedule, there's no penalty of course. It's just for your enjoyment/use if you want. (:
