staff search (ends june 7th)

Currently we are in search of two Moderators: a Graphics Moderator and an Advertising Moderator. You may post below or PM me with the form. <3

All staff members here are required to accept applications, update profiles with the appropriate custom titles and update the sign-ups and lists.

The way our staff team works now is that we're each paired up with additional, specific duties. So you wouldn't be required to do everything else, only just your duties (we have six sections of additional duties and you will need to do two).

GRAPHICS MODERATOR (GRAPHICS & NEWSPAPER): You will be teamed up with V-la, working the Graphics section and Newspaper. Your duties will include: Filling graphics requests, moving filled graphics requests to the appropriate board, writing/helping with newspaper articles as well as helping/checking up with the Leader of the Weekly Prophet.

ADVERTISING MODERATOR (ADVERTISING & QUIDDITCH): You will be teamed up with Mandee, working the Advertising (Portkeys) section and Quidditch. Your duties will include: Posting our advertisement on sites that post in our First Post boards, moving linked back advertisements to Accepted Advertisements, posting the Quidditch game and checking up with the Leaders of the Quidditch teams about Quidditch practices being posted.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: For all of the staff here, you must be organized (with updating lists, etc.) and active (around the board in general and also keep roleplaying <3). For the Graphics Moderator position, you must have an intermediate level of graphics (aka can blend, have decent image quality & text placement, etc. If you're on Shadowplay, at least Blooming in level. If you're on RCR, at least Beginner in level).
