Regular day in the life of Malcolm... there's a lot to start with. Let's see, the day breaks with the start of Malcolm's loud yawn, he usually rolls over his bed once or twice before offically waking up and getting dressed. He's an early bird though, so the boys will be sleeping sometimes when he wakes up, and Malcolm will be forced to stay quiet while he puts on his robes and fixes his hair...well tries to. Perfect duties starts off the morning, and then Malcolm rushes to the Great Hall for a quick breakfast and a chat with his friends (meaning Rox and Sire... but sometimes he doesn't have enough time)
Of course classes will come next, but he usually skips some of the boring ones. Around noon Malcolm would have no classes left, or that he would attend to actually and then heads straight for lunch. Malcolm then heads for the kitchen to grab something to eat and takes his food outside the castle to eat it. Come on, like he would want to be in the castle all day long. Malcolm no matter what at least goes outside a few times during the day to a rest from the stuffy castle.
The rest of the afternoon is Perfect duties, running here and there to order people around. The first years are the most annoying, but malcolm manages to get the afternoon through. At around 5:00 is his free time, Malcolm would either go to the lake, the lawns or some place relaxing and alone. Sometimes he would try to find Rox and make out hang out instead... Then dinner at the Great hall if he is really hungry and more perfect duties to check if anyone is in bed and all that stuff. Once he finished his duties, Malcolm would probably stay up by himself for a while until someone companys him or until he feels like his eyes couldn't hold up much longer. Then he would climb into bed and the days starts all over again.

((Ok, as the other characters are rather predictable I'll write a day in Dante's life)) For Dante, the average day usually begins with a frantic search for his day to day school supplies that are typically found scattered throughout his dorm and common room. He is usually a morning person but that is not much help to the teen as he tends to spend much of his time writing music rather than remembering where he set his homework and other necessities. After about twenty to forty minutes of searching he'll throw his newly found possessions all skew if into his backpack and rush down to the dining hall nearly missing breakfast every time. Breakfast is usually a very rushed affair and often he'll grab something quickly before rushing back out again, food in hand, heading for his first class. His first class varies by day and often he can be found standing almost clueless in the middle of the hallway checking his schedule for the three hundred and twenty fifth time. Once sure of his class, he'll make a break for it and depending on it's distance he'll either arrive early or late, there is no in between for him. Rather surprisingly, Dante does not wish to pursue a career in music, as evidenced by his N.E.W.T. workload. His ultimate goal is to work in the Ministry of Magic as a sort of Muggle liaison.
Being a Half-Blood he believes that he gets to experience the best of both worlds so his classes include both History of Magic and Muggle Studies to broaden his perspectives and help him remain neutral and un biased toward one way of life or another. His morning does not include a heavy workload and includes several free periods where he'll generally try to fill the time with starting homework just assigned and completing homework given previously. Next will come the lunch period, the only time in his day he can actually stay put for longer than five minutes at a meal time. His afternoon workload is the heaviest and tends to compile all of his hardest classes in one go.
Luckily for him, before evening falls he usually finds a bit of time to kill before the cycle of homework and rushing continues again. During this bit of time, he'll go out of his way to find his friends and sometimes just talk and others doing any number of things. One thing worth noting, by no means is Dante an insufferable bookworm, hard to believe considering his average day. If there's a school or social event going on somewhere in the school, nine times out of ten he'll be there somewhere. Above all else, Dante likes to have fun but outside of Quidditch and a few yearly activities there generally aren't many opportunities for Dante to be a complete slacker. This is actually a good thing because if given too many opportunities to simply do as he pleased he would probably be held back a year or more and being an average student he needs a bit of discipline and a push in the right direction to stay on track. His evenings are usually spent in his common room and dormitory attempting to complete some homework and going back to his music before falling asleep, usually with quill in hand from making corrections and his day will begin anew depending on when and if his alarm clock wakes him on time.

Post by KATIE MICHELLE POTTER on Oct 16, 2007 18:12:40 GMT -5
A regular day for a Katie starts when her alarm clock goes off at 5:30 am. But even though her alarm clock goes off it doesn't necessarily means she gets out of bed at that time. Instead she usually lays in bed for anywhere between 10-20 minutes, so that she can wake up a little before getting ready for work. After she is partially awake she goes into the bathroom and takes a shower.Once she is done getting ready for work, it is usually 6:30 am which means she has about half an hour to eat breakfast and relax a little till she has to leave for work.
Katie apperates to work most of the time, mostly because it is easier and cleaner than flooing. Once she gets to the Ministry she says hello to her co-workers and starts walking up to her Office. In her office she will usually do paperwork, or have meeting with different groups of people. But sometimes she doesn't get to sit in her office, especially with the war just ending she had to make arrest ,and she also has to test trainee Aurors.
After work Katie apperates back to ehr apartment where she changes out of her work robes and usually into a paor of sweats. She then lounges aroundthe apartment tyding up if she needs to until she makes dinner at 6:30 pm. After which she relaxes by reading the newspaper or a book, and finally about 9:00 pm, she goes to bed and gets ready to start the day over.
As the light shines in through the window, and another day is about to begin, an alarm starts buzzing. Catarina, instead of turning off the alarm and getting up, just tries to ignore it, turning her head around and pulling her covers over her head. After a few minutes of trying to ignore the constant buzzing, Cathy gives up and reaches out her arm, turning off her alarm. Slowly, she sits up in her bed, stretching her arms above her head and opening her mouth to let out a yawn. Fighting the urge to just fall back to sleep, she pulls herself out of bed, looking around the room. As usual, she is the last to wake up. It was a habit of hers to set her alarm very late, so she could get more sleep. It didn’t bother her in the least. It gave her a little more privacy in the morning, and she wasn’t part of the mad hustle and bustle. Quickly, she takes a nice warm shower, before throwing on some clothes. Then, she grabs her books, quills, ink, etc… and stuffs it in her bag. Making sure that she has everything, Cathy runs out of the room, towards the Dinning Hall.
When she arrives, only a few people are left eating, while the rest are leaving towards their first classes, or going to finish a bit of homework in the Library. Depending on the day, she grabs herself a muffin or a piece of toast, sitting down for a few minutes to eat, before getting right back up and walking towards her first class.
The rest of the day is quite dull, with its usual classes, the teachers droning on and on about things that don’t interest Cathy, while she sits in the back, holding her head up in boredom. Even lunch can’t get her spirits up for long, since right after she has to look forward to another class. Very rarely she gets a free period, since she has many classes. She was able to choose her classes, but she had chosen many, to increase her chances of getting a good job. It would look a little more impressive, even though she wasn’t the greatest in class. At least then, she’ll have more possibilities with jobs, since she will have more knowledge on diverse subjects.
Finally, after a long day of school, classes are finally over. Right after classes, while most students go and find their friends or start working on some of their homework, Cathy grabs her guitar and tries to find a nice peaceful place to play. Sometimes, she just relaxes with her friends, but normally, she tries to play her music. The only difficulty with playing is that somebody almost always interrupts her. She doesn’t complain or anything, even if she wishes she could be alone, since she doesn’t want to be rude. Actually, most of the time, she enjoys the company, unless it’s a teacher or somebody who annoys her.
Unfortunately, she can only play for a few hours, before she had to go back inside for dinner. There, she talks to her friends for a bit, then, it’s time for homework. She spends a few hours stuck in the common room, trying to finish as much homework as possible. It’s always hard for her to concentrate, with all the constant distractions. Most of the time, she’ll start homework, talk to her friends for bit, and then finish her homework later. It might be considered bad work habits, but Cathy has never been the best in school. That’s just the way she is.
When she finally finishes her homework, she takes a few more hours to talk to her friends and just relax in the common room. On certain nights, she will be back outside, playing her guitar, but those occasions are rare. As the hours pass by, and slowly people start to go to bed, Cathy stays in the common room, still talking to her friends, before she finally goes to bed. When that happens, it’s normally about 11 pm. She puts on her pajamas and slides into bed, though she doesn’t fall asleep for a while. As she just lies in her bed silently, only the light breathing from her roommates filling the room, she looks out of the window beside her bed, gazing at the stars. Then, slowly, her eyes start to drop, and she falls into a deep sleep.
