An Alethiometer to tell the truth, A bright red tile from my houses roof, Some siamese fur off her back here and there, The velvet cushion from her favourate chair, The dirt under the bush where she used to sit, The moulted cat hair on my P.E Kit, A drop of water from a simple cloud, An echo from my cat's yowl, it was loud.
With all these things mixed together as one, The potion's alight, the spell is begun, A drop of hot milk, to boil it up, After one drop make sure you stop, My cat will be alive and well, I will recognise her familiar smell, She will be alive until I die, And when I do, she'll fade into the sky.
